Pizza cooking tips
If you do not have anything to cook your pizza besides your oven simply cook your pie, in a preheated oven, on the bake able cardboard disc provided. Cooking time may vary however the pizza will be ready in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the edge and the bottom of the pie. A golden brown color is what one should desire.
Advanced cooking tips
Using a pizza baking stone will give your pizza a much better crust.
Preheat your pizza baking stone when turning your oven on to 450.
You want your oven and pizza stone at a good even temperature, so allow your oven an additional 10 minutes to preheat.
Let pizza slack (warm) for twenty minutes outside of refrigerator uncovered.
You will need a few tools to make cooking your pizza more enjoyable. A pizza peel, if you don't have a pizza peel, use a flat edged cookie sheet as your pizza peel. A French knife, to help move the pizza to and fro. A pizza cutter and cutting board.
For the first 10 minutes cook the pizza on the cardboard baking disc provided. Then transfer pizza directly onto the pizza baking stone. This will help cook the bottom of the pizza to a golden brown.
When transferring pizza off the cardboard disc onto the pizza stone use extreme caution.
For best results use a pizza peel. Take pizza out of the oven and with the help of a knife, pizza peel or spatula, help your pizza slip off the cardboard disc onto the pizza peel. Then using the pizza peel slide the pizza onto the pizza stone.
Check crust closely after the 15th minute.
Pizza should be cooked so the bottom of the crust is a golden brown color.
